Refunds on faulty goods only, when accompanied by a valid receipt and within 28 days of purchase.

If no receipt is available, goods are exchanged for equipment value or gift voucher, as long as they are in 'as purchased' condition.

If goods have been personalised then no refund is possible.

Postage and packaging are charged at appropriate rate.

Discounts are only available on full priced goods and only at time of purchase.
